Apply to the Partner Program

DRAFT, pending legal review. These terms summarize the KokiPR.Ai Partner Program. The final agreement with Core Management governs.

1. The program

Partners promote KokiPR.Ai memberships to businesses and clients. A partner earns a reward when a business they refer buys a qualifying membership through the partner's referral.

2. Rewards

A Professional membership sale earns 1,000 credits. An Enterprise membership sale earns 2,500 credits. Rewards are one-time per referred customer, paid in KokiPR.Ai credits (not cash), and added after the customer's first payment clears. Other plans and credit packs don't earn rewards.

3. Term

The agreement runs for 12 months and may be renewed. Either side may end it with written notice; rewards already earned are kept.

4. Local markets

KokiPR.Ai is a franchise-first program. Local franchise owners may adjust how the program runs in their market, and Core Management will tell you about any changes that affect you.

5. Honest promotion

You must tell people you may earn a reward when you recommend KokiPR.Ai. Don't make promises about results, prices or features that KokiPR.Ai hasn't published. Don't spam, and follow the rules of every platform you use.

6. No employment

Partners are independent. This program doesn't make you an employee, agent or franchisee of KokiPR.Ai.

7. Your information

We use the details in this form to review your application and run the program, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Common questions

Do annual plans renew automatically?

Annual Premium, Business, Professional and Enterprise plans renew each year until you cancel. Annual Beginner and Plus are one-year passes: they don't renew automatically, so you buy the next year when you're ready.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal of a monthly plan or an annual Premium, Business, Professional or Enterprise plan. Annual Beginner and Plus passes simply end after their year. Plans are prepaid, and prepaid periods aren't refunded.

What happens to credits I don't use?

Unused monthly plan credits roll over. Credits from packs never expire.

How fast do I get my credits?

Within 1 business day of payment. Use the same email as your KokiPR.Ai account so we can match your purchase.

How do birthday credits work?

On any annual plan, each seat gets birthday credits once a year in the member's birthday month: 100 credits on Beginner, Plus, Premium and Business, and 1,000 on Professional and Enterprise. We only need the month and day, not the year. Monthly plans don't include birthday credits.

How does the Premium loyalty bonus work?

Annual Premium members get 500 bonus credits at the start of every subscription year. Monthly Premium members get 500 bonus credits after 12 paid months.

How do team plans share credits?

The team leader tells us how many credits each seat gets. After purchase, email support@kokipr.ai with each member's email and credit split, and we set up the seats within 1 business day.

Who can buy credit packs?

Credit packs are top-ups for members who already have their own seat (their own username and login).

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards through Stripe's secure checkout.
