Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information KokiPR.Ai collects through kokipr.ai, why we collect it and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Partner Program applications: name, email, phone, city or market, and any company, website and social media links you choose to share.
  • Franchise and Founder applications: first name, email, phone, preferred call time, city, years in the area, whether you run a local business, and any LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook links you share.
  • Team plans: team members' email addresses, credit split and, on annual plans, birth month and day (never the year), sent to us by the team leader.
  • Payments: handled by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. Stripe shares the purchase details, such as your name, email and what you bought, so we can add your credits.
  • Cookies: this site doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe and the fonts we load from Google may set their own cookies or log technical data under their own policies.

How we use it

  • To review applications and contact you about them.
  • To set up memberships and seats, add credits and give birthday credits.
  • To answer your questions and provide support.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers we need to run KokiPR.Ai, such as Stripe for payments, Google (form answers are stored in a Google Sheet and sent by email) and our web and email host, and with the local Founder and Core Management team that reviews franchise and founder applications.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep application details while we review them and for as long as needed for the relationship that follows. To see, correct or delete your information, email support@kokipr.ai.
