Refund Policy

DRAFT, pending legal review. This page is a plain-language draft and is not yet final. Questions: support@kokipr.ai.

Prepaid plans, cancel anytime

All KokiPR.Ai memberships are prepaid. You can cancel a renewing plan anytime, and cancelling stops its next renewal. Payments for periods that have already started, whether monthly or annual, are not refunded.

Credit packs

Bonus credit packs are not refunded, and their credits never expire.

The book

The $20 paid for Developing Kokipr.ai Together as part of a franchise or founder application is credited back once the application is approved.

Billing errors

If you were charged by mistake, email support@kokipr.ai and we'll look into it.
