Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of kokipr.ai and your KokiPR.Ai membership.

Memberships

  • All memberships are prepaid, monthly or annually, through Stripe.
  • Monthly memberships and annual Premium, Business, Professional and Enterprise memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
  • Annual Beginner and Plus memberships are one-year prepaid passes. They don't renew automatically.
  • Credits are added to your account within 1 business day of payment. Use the same email as your KokiPR.Ai account.
  • Unused monthly plan credits roll over. Credits from bonus packs never expire.
  • Team plans: the team leader decides how credits are shared among the plan's seats.

Bonus credits

  • Birthday credits apply to annual plans only, once a year in each seat's birthday month.
  • The Premium loyalty bonus (500 credits) is given at the start of each annual Premium subscription year, or after 12 paid months on monthly Premium.
  • Bonus credit packs are for members who already have their own seat.

Acceptable use

Use the tools lawfully. Don't use them to create content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive or that infringes others' rights. You're responsible for the content you create and publish.

Beta tools

Tools marked Beta are still being tested and may change or be unavailable at times.

Partner Program and franchise

The Partner Program and franchise or founder relationships are governed by their own written agreements.
